For all you Cafe Racer fans out there Greg Hageman has yet again dropped my jaws with this fantastic looking machine. Greg also known as “Doc’s Chops” has been featured in HDT show Cafe Racer as one of the country’s cafe racer bike builder. He is located in Davenport, Iowa where he builds his bikes in his own garage. Doc’s Chop is known for building Yamaha’s XS 650 and shaft-driven XS 750 to Honda’s CX 500.
The bike featured above is a Honda CX-500. This bike is super clean, cutting edge design, and fast. It’s unbelievable how he’s taken a motorcycle that has basically been out of commission for years and rebuilt it to a classic. Can’t say anything bad about this bike at all. Great work Greg!
